Description

This extremely elaborately handmade pendant consists of 200 assembled wooden parts. The small wooden pins connected with tongue and groove and additional epoxy resin. Four tiny screws secure the wooden block to the rhodium-plated sterling silver frame.

This trailer is the first and only of its kind and is therefore on sale as a prototype.

Care instructions
Only ‘stabilized wood’ is used for Silva Aurea jewelry. That means, that the dried wood is saturated with liquid epoxy resin under vacuum pressure and then hardened. Although this process makes the material more resistant, wood is always a natural product, which can be permanently damaged if not properly cared for. Your jewelry shouldn't have daily routines like washing your hands, showering or applying cosmetics.
