Guarantee provisions

We take over 24 Months guarantee on gold plating carried out by Juwelle *, Engravings and productions:

* on silver- and gold jewelry in 23 Carat gold-plated with one layer thickness 5 Micrometer

*Individually recognizable jewelry

We do not assume any guarantee for gilding carried out by us:

* on jewelry made of stainless steel, Brass or copper as well as from unknown materials with a layer thickness of 3 and 5 Micrometer

* on jewelry made of silver and gold with a layer thickness of 3 Micrometer

If there are any defects in your gold plating, please send us a description of the defect with meaningful photos: info@juwelle.de

In general, we do not accept any guarantee for used jewelry that is being claimed because of scratches or other damage such as missing stones (We carry out our production to a high quality standard)
