The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.

We only deliver within Germany and Austria.

In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat rate for delivery within Germany and Austria [6,90 Euros per order]. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

When paying by cash on delivery there is an additional charge of [2,- Euro] due, which the deliverer collects on site. [There are no other taxes or costs.]

The flat rate shipping cost for the return shipment is 6,90 Euro. The shipping fee includes the statutory value added tax. Since VAT is calculated on the flat-rate shipping costs depending on the goods purchased, it can decrease, when goods are purchased at lower sales tax rates (z.B. when purchasing books). That means, that the flat-rate shipping costs can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be higher, but only get lower in your favor.
