Minor repairs-improvements and gold plating of a brass ring

Hello,

Apologies to write in English, but my Deutsch is terrible.

I have a cheap but solid brass wedding ring that I would like to have plated with a thick layer of gold. Do you do gilding of brass? What barrier metal do you use?

The ring is 25mm diameter and 10mm in width, with a slightly irregular hand-hammered finish. I would also like to have a small repair to remove some file marks at the join and to polish the inside surface smooth, but to retain the hammered/matte finish on the outside.
Can you provide a quote for this work? Is there a shop where I can bring it in person?
