Countless unique rings can be found in a large selection of jewelery handmade in Germany, Two of us, Bracelets and much more. Each piece of jewelery can be customized according to your wishes on request. It is also possible, to choose jewelry online in our shop, which you can pick up at your local jeweler.

ON SITE OR FROM HOME

You decide, whether you hand in your jewelery at a Juwelle partner in your area or pick it up conveniently from home and have it delivered again. If you choose to pick up and deliver, your jewelry is adequately insured and in good hands. You can also find out on site via your online member area, how far your order is and when you can pick it up again.

In our chat you will receive an answer to your question within seconds. We will answer inquiries by e-mail within 2 Hours. We will process your order for you within 5-7 Working days for gilding and engraving. The processing time for individual productions and repairs depends on the scope of the order.

Select the type of jewelry, that you gild, engraving, want to repair or have it made. You are not sure? Write to us here in the chat and, if necessary, send us. a photo of your piece of jewelry or your jewelry design. Then you can simply commission us online.

2. SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Choose when ordering, whether you want to have your jewelry picked up or send it yourself. By picking up your piece of jewelery you are sufficiently insured and in good hands. Your piece of jewelery can be with us within a day and we can start your order right away.

3. EXAM & RETURNS

As soon as we receive your jewelry, we will inform you by email. We gild and engrave your jewelry within 5-7 Working days and send it back to you insured. Repairs and manufacturing can take longer depending on the effort.
