Have the watch engraved

Hi. I bought the attached clock for my friend for his birthday and wanted to have it engraved.
Actually the idea was to engrave the back, However, as you can see in the picture, something has already been described by the manufacturer, so I'm unsure, whether there is enough space. Would it be theoretically possible to somehow remove the logo on the back so that you could then engrave it in the middle? If not, it might be an option to engrave the watch edge on the outside left? So opposite the adjustment knobs. Or do you have any suggestion for me in this case?

D + S = ❤️ (Herz Symbol)

I Love you! / I love you! ❤️ (Herz Symbol)

Doesn't have to be both, could just be a motive of both, That depends on what you think would be possible.

We're going on vacation in mid-July, just before his birthday.
