Have a delicate silver chain made

Hello dear Juwelle team,

I would like to have a delicate silver chain made that is 40cm long (Cleavage height) and is somewhat adjustable in length. As a pendant I would like a ring with a width of 0.4cm and a diameter of 1.5cm. The ring itself shouldn't “dick” be, If possible, very narrow and flat outer edges. Both in shiny silver (not matted). The chain should go through the ring. What the whole thing should look like in the end, see the picture attached.

How much would that cost and how long would it take? The necklace will then be sent by post for a given occasion?
