It is a wedding ring in which a small, new colored stone should be inserted to the right and left of the existing stone. A small orange one and a small turquoise one. The stones should be a little more robust, but don't have to be real (affordability is more important).
According to the engraving, the materials are Topaz and 585 Gold
They are dimensions of the ring (that. since measured with a ruler) 18mm diameter inside. 5mm wide, the lines are each 1mm from the edge, the existing stone is 4mm in diameter and white/clear.
So the new small stones should be 1-1.5mm in diameter and about 1mm from the stone in the middle and exactly in the middle between the lines. I am open to cosmetic suggestions and of course advice on what is actually possible and what is not.
The approximate color ideas are drawn in colored pencil
