Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
I proposed not long ago and got an engagement ring that was open at the back.
Unfortunately, I often got caught on my sweater etc. in the open area, so that there is now a break at the front.
Would I continue to wear the ring and get stuck again, he would be completely broken.
I am very hopeful, that you can repair the ring and possibly close the ring completely?
