Repair of a notch in the ring basket and reworking of a gem setting

I have two rings, both of which have a manufacturing defect. Both are yellow gold plated 925 Silver rings set with precious stones. At the first ring (Bild1) there is a small notch in the metal on one side of the ring basket and the frame is also not very well worked out here I would like to have the frame repaired and worked out if possible. At the second ring (Picture 2) one of the gemstones is sitting a bit crooked in the setting and I would like to check the setting and correct it if necessary. let work out, so the stone doesn't fall out.
