Repair request for diesel DZ7313

Good day,

I would need an expert assessment as to whether it is still possible to repair the watch and whether it is still worth it or whether you should rather buy this watch new.

The glass is broken as can be seen in the pictures and there are small splinters of glass in the watch which would have to be removed when changing the watch glass (Original watch glass already available) furthermore, an acquaintance said he could change the watch glass and damaged everyone in the process 8 Watch glass screws the last screw that is still in the watch case was turned round (see image) 1 he lost and the rest 6 appear to have broken off as there is no thread on them (see image) ..

Now I wanted to ask if it is still possible to save the watch.

Of course, I would also send the watch in so that they could take a closer look at it.
