My name is Sofia Brockhausen, I am a designer and am currently looking for jewelry manufacturers for my first collection with silver, gilded silver and cultured pearls. I am currently looking for a contract manufacturer, who can map the entire production process of jewelry production in all essential sub-steps under one roof and I am interested in your conditions:
1. From what quantities do you manufacture?
2. What manufacturing steps do you offer/do not offer?
3. What information do you need on the technical drawing, to make me an offer?
4. Also make costume jewelry? If yes, from which materials?

Hello,
The models are very interesting.
For mass production, the models should be adjusted at certain points.
I can offer you to construct the model in 3D, if you don't already have it yourself.
The model should then be milled in jeweler's wax.
Worked up and a form of it should be made.
So from the second piece you save the production of a master model and will only be cast in any precious alloy and also in brass.
The parts are then galvanized and assembled.
I can help you with that, if you want the models to be of high quality. As a gem setter, I can also offer you to set the stones and thus make the model even more interesting.
