New gilding, cleaning, insert new opal

Good day,

I would like, that my ring will be re-gilded. The original gilding has already come loose on the lower side.

The ring also needs a new opal, because the old one fell out. The new opal should not be plastic. That seemed a bit “cheap” on the previous one. The color should be black and the opal must be level with the ring setting and not rise above it.
And finally, I wish for a cleaning and polishing, so the scratches (for now) are removed.

Would that be possible and how much would it cost?
