I would like to have a chain shortened with glass stones (it has a memorable value for me). You can see what the closure looks like in the attached photo.
Do such modification work?

As a goldsmith, I also draw various.... Chains on and sometimes I have to knot them too.
In your case the chain needs to be separated from the clasp, be shortened and reattached.
The cost is €34.
If the chain is damaged and needs to be re-strung, I see it , when the chain is with me, it only costs €10 extra. So €44 in total.
