Hello, could you please make me an offer for a reconstruction of a necklace, which my wife unfortunately lost?

She wore it since you 18 years old was and is today 68 Years young and I want to give her a well-done duplicate of it,

Stones can also be good imitations of sapphires, possibly faceted circonia stones.
The hearts should have an easily recognizable heart shape,
I've seen those on the internet too, where you could only guess the heart shape.
The bottom heart in the middle could also be a little bigger than the others.
