I would like to have this watch engraved, However, due to the already existing pattern, I am unsure whether there is a possibility to engrave the surface of the case?
I would love to engrave a quote if that were possible.

Hi, So generally a watch engraving is not a problem, As a rule, engraving is done on the watch cover or on the clasp, However, your desired sentence is already quite long so engraving would only be possible on the watch cover.
It would be great if you could send us a photo of the watch cover beforehand so that we can say more precisely.
