Reduce stainless steel rings in width + engraving

It's about two polished stainless steel rings (slightly curved outwards) with the US sizes 17 and 19 (!). These currently have a width of 15mm. I would like to reduce this to a width of 11mm, d.h, Remove 2mm from one side and the other. The edges would then have to be rounded again.
I would also like to have a simple ring on the outside, have it engraved in clear writing. A ring with approx. 20 character, the other with 30 character. How it fits, either one or two lines. Some special characters would be present (@, (, ), .)
