Repair strap mount: Invicta Pro Diver

­­­Guten Tag,

I have a few years old Invicta Pro Diver and I have the problem, that unfortunately the bracelet on the watch comes loose quickly. When you put in a new pen, holds it quite well, as long as I don't move my wrist a lot.

I have already bought and used pens of the right size myself, which brought no success and the watch was already handed over to Christ and the jeweler Fidan in Berlin. Christ refused the repair due to missing parts and Fidan fitted me the same pen, which I had at home with the same failure.

My amateur guess is, that possibly. one or both holes in the watch are not drilled correctly, either too flat too narrow/wide , so that the pen does not have sufficient grip.

Also, the battery seems dead and I would like to order a replacement.

I would like to get more than just an estimate for the repair, but also a brief description of what should be done, so I can assess, That I don't stand there with the same failure, as until now.
