Polishing up an old silver ring, straighten and remove scratches, and reapply black lacquer between engraved pattern.

Good day,

i am looking for someone, who can repair a silver ring. The ring itself is nothing too special, but it has sentimental value.

It is a 925 silver ring, with a diameter of 2.2cm and a width of ~1cm.

On the outside is a “celtic knot pattern” (that's how I would describe it), which with black paint(?) was deposited. My wife absent-mindedly placed the ring in a homemade silver polish and upon removal, the ring was “dirty” started, the paint gone and the mood on the floor …

I'm looking for someone now, who could refurbish/restor the ring. So polish the silver to a high gloss, reapply the black lacquer and make the ring round again.

Could you do this? if so, how long would it take you if I bring/send it over?? And how much would it probably cost??

P.S. I specified food, since it is where we live, but I would be quite willing to send the ring as well.
